It's great for clearing hardpoints/hqs and dropping the Wheelson but that's about it. Thats why I still have aerial streaks to drop despite using it for the longest time. Even CUAVs can evade this and they don't even move. I've missed a VTOL with 4 rockets aimed dead center. The sights are awful but it doesn't matter because the rockets just fly wherever they want anyways. Flares don't matter so just mag dump and fire away. I wouldn't recommend shooting anything like UAVs or gunships but choppers and VTOLs are quick work with this. It even let's you steady your aim if you need to. I'd rank it 2nd only behind the pila because with a good shot you can drop anything. STRELA: The STRELA is laser accurate with a good sight and fast projectile. Weirdly, this is the only one I've noticed any benefit from the amped perk as it reloads way faster. I've meleed several turrets just hoping that it will still count because it won't hit them from above because of cover. If there's any cover over your target don't even bother. It's best used to fire on a hard point/ hq while the enemy team is still moving there and maybe you'll wipe them out. I've spawn killed myself at least 5 times with this and also gotten at least 5 quad feeds with it. Fire both rockets then start shooting and maybe you'll have your rockets hit before it flies off or gets taken out by any other launcher.

With most launchers I recommend mag dumping a VTOL then firing 2 rockets to clutch the kill but the JOKR is backwards. It takes forever to free fire and even longer to actually hit the target.

I've taken down everything from quads to gunships without hassle. It can free fire or be guided pretty fast and will hit anything you lock on to as long as it doesn't flair. PILA: This is easily the most versatile and best launcher IMO. Now I don't have any gold thanks to ground streaks but I do have every other camo for them (minus a couple with the rpg but I'll get to that.)
